Redeeming Rewards

In order to redeem your reward points, you must open a ticket using FOC Modmail on Discord. Please indicate the title and point value for the reward(s) you would like to claim.

Redeeming rewards from the Event Point Shop does not exempt players from FOC rules. All rules remain in effect and take precedence over any redeemed rewards.

Reward Points Rules

Prestige Logic: Points do not carry over after prestige, but can be redeemed at a 1:100 ratio ($100 per point) during the prestige process.
Transferability: You may not buy, sell, or gift reward points to other players.
Localization: Land and placeable prizes are only applicable to the server you have an FM slot on.
Voucher Limit: Land vouchers are credits toward traditional purchases (auctions, tokens), not direct land picks.
Single Use: Prizes must be used in a single transaction; remaining value does not roll over.
One Per Order: Unless stated otherwise, only one prize can be used per transaction.
Pricing: For instant sales, you can choose between current in-game price or peak XML price (staff can provide peak values).

Classifications & Definitions

For the purpose of instant sales and equipment redemptions, the following definitions apply:

🌾 Crops: Harvested items without further processing (grains, sugarcane, root crops, bales, woodchips).
📦 Products: Items processed through a production (pallets, loose seed, fertilizer, feed).
🚜 Implement: Defined strictly as a non-motorized piece of equipment.
